Official Moves is an excellent removal company. Jamal (owner) is very professional and considerate. There were no hidden charges on the day and the job was completed ahead of schedule. I was looking for a new carpet cleaner to clean the carpets as spring was approaching and I always like to freshen up the carpets in our town house. Spoke with a lovely gentlemen called James, who was very helpful and informative. He cleaned our stairs throughout our home, carpets in all rooms and two of our fabric corner sofas. Our home was smelling very fresh, fragrant and lovely. He provided us with a fridge magnet as we were a new customer which I thought was a very nice gesture of him.
